Welcome to Spittin' Image WoodWorking.
I had previously announced that I had purchased rights to some Berry Basket (also knows as Great American Scrollsaw Patterns) patterns. Apparently, what was advertised on the site is quite different to Mr. Longabaugh's intent. The site advertised unlimited reprint and resell rights to the purchased patterns. After purchasing the patterns and placing them on this site, I was threatened with a lawsuit for violating the EULA (which appeared nowhere on his site at the time of purchase). I did find a "EULA" hidden in the downloaded zip file as "readme.txt". After lengthy discussions with Mr. Longabaugh, his intent was to allow purchasers to print the patterns and sell the printed patterns as long as no advertisement (especially on the internet) was involved.
I made the offer to place links to his site for each pattern I placed on-line, however, he refuses to meet me half-way and continued to threaten with lawsuits if I put any of the patterns on-line. While I do believe I acted in good faith with what was advertised, and that his "EULA", in the way it was presented was not legally enforceable, I have decided enough is enough.
It is my opinion that he acted in a dishonest and dishonerable manner, and I will not place his patterns on my site at all.
We are adding patterns like crazy. We have everything from the cute and cuddly to bizarre and intense. We have simple patterns with 7 cuts to psychotic patterns with more than 1000 cuts. We hope to have something for everybody.
Why buy patterns from us? We have decided to try our best to keep our scroll saw pattern prices as low as possible. I have a hard time paying $7 or more for a pattern. I am a scroller and I understand how tight money can be. You buy the wood, the blades and then the pattern and you already have almost ten bucks in the project. Our most expensive pattern is $3.00.
You are not going to find only one or two free patterns here. Right now we have about a dozen and will be adding more. Try our patterns and see if you like them.
What payments do we accept? Currently, we only accept paypal.
How do I get my patterns once I purchase them? There are two ways. Once your order is complete, you will receive an email with a link to your order. Click on that link and it will open your order. At the bottom of your order, you will see the download links. You can also just log onto the site, click on order status and you will see the download links.
